lamp aging test
Sunlight is a major factor in the degradation of many materials, including plastics, textiles, paints other organic materials. Xenon lamp test is to use xenon lamp to simulate the destructive effect of full-spectrum sunlight, spray to simulate the effects of rain, dew, exposure, darkness. Simulate the changes in materials exposed to sunlight in different environments.
Test criteria
ISO 4892.2; GB/T 16422.2; ASTM G 155; ASTM D 4459
UV aging test
The ultraviolet aging tester does not simulate full-spectrum sunlight, but it simulates the destructive effects of sunlight. This is achieved by controlling the main radiation of the fluorescent tube in the ultraviolet b of the solar spectrum. The test equipment uses ultraviolet fluorescent lamps to simulate sunlight, it can also simulate the effects of moisture through condensation or spraying. It is used to evaluate the changes of materials in terms of color change, gloss, cracks, blistering, catalysis, oxidation.
Test criteria
ISO 4892.3; GB/T 16422.3; ASTM G 154; ASTM D 4674
Salt spray test
Salt spray corrosion is a common most destructive atmospheric corrosion. It mainly uses the artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. It is divided into two categories, one is the natural environment exposure test, the other is the artificial accelerated simulated salt spray environment test.

Temperature humidity test
The temperature humidity test is applicable to products that may be used in a warm humid environment. For plastic materials, PCBs, PCBA porous materials or finished products, various materials have different physical responses to temperature moisture, the effects of temperature are mostly plastic deation, overheating of products, or poor start-up at low temperatures. Porous materials will cause surface moisture adsorption, infiltration, condensation, etc. due to the capillary effect in a humid environment, will cause product failure due to static charge accumulation in a low temperature environment.

Highly accelerated life test
HALT is a highly accelerated life test (Highly Accelerated Life Testing), which is a method that uses stepped stress to be applied to the sample finds product defects, operating design margins, structural strength limits at an early stage. The defects exposed by the test product through HALT involve aspects such as circuit design, process, components structure.

Vibration, impact collision, drop test
Vibration test
Vibration test simulates a series of vibration phenomena to test whether the product can withst the test of the vibration environment during transportation or use during its life cycle, it can also determine the required stards for product design function.
Impact crash test
Shock is a sudden violent energy release, energy-benefit conversion energy-distribution transfer. The duration of the impact is short, the impact process is completed at one time without being periodic.
Drop test
The drop test is a process in which the product falls from a certain height to the test surface to confirm the adaptability of the product due to the rough hling during hling. &Nbsp;
