lamp aging test

Sunlight is a major factor in the degradation of many materials, including plastics, textiles, paints other organic materials. Xenon lamp test is to use xenon lamp to simulate the destructive effect of full-spectrum sunlight, spray to simulate the effects of rain, dew, exposure, darkness. Simulate the changes in materials exposed to sunlight in different environments.

UV aging test

The ultraviolet aging tester does not simulate full-spectrum sunlight, but it simulates the destructive effects of sunlight. This is achieved by controlling the main radiation of the fluorescent tube in the ultraviolet b of the solar spectrum. The test equipment uses ultraviolet fluorescent lamps to simulate sunlight, it can also simulate the effects of moisture through condensation or spraying. It is used to evaluate the changes of materials in terms of color change, gloss, cracks, blistering, catalysis, oxidation.

Salt spray test

Salt spray corrosion is a common most destructive atmospheric corrosion. It mainly uses the artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. It is divided into two categories, one is the natural environment exposure test, the other is the artificial accelerated simulated salt spray environment test.

Temperature humidity test

The temperature humidity test is applicable to products that may be used in a warm humid environment. For plastic materials, PCBs, PCBA porous materials or finished products, various materials have different physical responses to temperature moisture, the effects of temperature are mostly plastic deation, overheating of products, or poor start-up at low temperatures. Porous materials will cause surface moisture adsorption, infiltration, condensation, etc. due to the capillary effect in a humid environment, will cause product failure due to static charge accumulation in a low temperature environment.

Highly accelerated life test
